Final Concept Decision w/video April 1, 2026

We are excited to announce we have made a final concept decision that we will be presenting to the P&Z commission at a public meeting on April 13th as part of the pre-approval application process, seeking their input and guidance. The concept is a very beautiful take on a rural agrarian village that stays true to our local heritage. While the architecture and layout will continue to evolve, with input from both the P&Z Commission and the Historic Commission, we believe the direct community access to a large open greenspace that was created will be a tremendous asset to the town. In the meeting, we will be seeking code interpretations on building setbacks, covered and uncovered parking within the parking setbacks and a creative take we call the modified 2 1/2 story that enables so much greenspace in our plan. The update video covers our interactions with the community, our thought process in developing the concept, and a few images of the final concept.
