Lisa Feinberg Retained as Legal Counsel

Recently we have retained Lisa Feinberg, co-leader of Real Estate and Land Use at Carmody, to represent us on this project.  She has been practicing in Connecticut for almost 20 years and has earned many distinctions for her work in Fairfield County.  She has represented developers, property owners, tenants and other institutions to assist them through state and municipal land use approvals of many mixed use commercial projects.  We are excited as her experience will help guide us through this process and move us expeditiously to conclusion.
